don’t recognize or believe this, especially when we feel that we
don't really know our family of origin.
Some of the roles, efforts and tasks our soul has taken on, come from
that original Family System and were imprinted when we were little
children. Even as adults, the imprints we have absorbed still guide our
actions and reactions. They can influence our relationships: to other
people, to work, money, health - and our outlook on life itself.

Representatives of the group - or in single sessions, little figures - take the place of the family members of a person who I call the observer here. This is the person, who comes with a "burning question". We use an energetic process to tune in to the system that is unique to this family and unknown to the representatives. It will guide them into a deeper intuitive space - Hellinger calls it "the knowing field".
As the process unfolds, the observer gets a chance to watch how his or her particular family dynamic flows - where connections occur, where energy flows freely or where communication is blocked.
